Much of the confusion over the two oils comes from the fact that many companies market their CBD oil as hemp in order to avoid strict advertising restrictions. However, if it’s CBD you’re looking for then the main thing to look out for are the words hemp extract or cannabidiol— if the label or packaging contains these words then you’ve found what you’re looking for!
